We want you to love every product you receive! That said, all purchases—whether through Quarterly or Annual Subscriptions or Market purchases—are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns sent back to us will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
What if my product is damaged or I’m missing an item?
We absolutely want you to receive your products in perfect condition. If you have received a damaged product, or if you are missing a product, please email our Community Support Team at bekind@alltrue.com within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.
To help us quickly process your request, please include a photo of any damages when you contact our support team.
What if my delivery is missing?
If your delivery is missing, we kindly ask to be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Alltrue.
