What are Add-Ons, and how do they work?
During customization, you now have the chance to make your seasonal box even more special by adding extra items at exclusive discounts! Choose from sustainable home goods, clean skincare, and more thoughtful finds we think you’ll love. You may even eye occasional past favorites you may not have been able to get your hands on the first time!
Do I have to add anything?
Nope! Add-Ons are completely optional.
If you’re not interested, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click “OK” to continue on and submit your choice selections.
How will I be charged for Add-Ons?
If you decide to add items, you’ll be prompted to confirm your order total amount. The total for your Add-Ons will then be charged to the payment method on file when your order is created.
When will my Add-Ons ship?
Most Add-On items will ship right along with your seasonal box. Occasionally—especially with larger orders—your shipment may be split.
Do Add-Ons affect my access to the Alltrue Market?
Not at all! Add-Ons during customization are separate from the Alltrue Market.
