You can update your default address on your profile at any time. However, if you’d like this update to apply to the current seasonal box you’ve already been billed for, please reach out to our support team at BEKIND@alltrue.com.
Simply follow these steps to update your shipping address:
- Log into your account at https://www.ellenshop.com/account/login.
- Go to the ‘My Account’ page and click ’Manage Subscriptions.
- You’ll see a list of your current and past subscriptions. Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button next to the subscription you want to update.
- In the ‘Shipping Address’ section you can ADD, EDIT, and UPDATE your address.
If you have multiple subscriptions going to different addresses, please be sure to ADD your secondary shipping address and be sure to check both subscriptions to ensure they’re going to the right place!
As noted, this change will affect all future orders. If you were recently re-billed, please be sure to contact our Customer Support at BEKIND@alltrue.com to ensure your new order has the correct address. If your seasonal box has already shipped to an out-of-date address, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively adjust the shipping address for that specific box and recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they are able to redirect your package. Of course, if you’re unable to retrieve it, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Community Support Team at BEKIND@alltrue.com for further assistance.*
*If you forget to update your shipping address in time, and your order is sent to an old address, please contact us immediately. While we should be able to reship that order to your correct address, it’s important to note that we are unable to facilitate multiple shipments to a new address if a customer fails to update their account information in a timely manner or neglects to inform us accordingly.
